- Fresh pasta made on site using hard wheat semolina and fresh eggs.
- Beef (selected cuts) tenderized and minced at our own plant.
- Pork (selected 100% fresh shoulder), carved, deboned, trimmed and minced at our own plant.
- Emmenthal cheese, from Finland, 100% shredded at our own plant.
- Tomatoes: only selected pulp.
- Bechamel sauce, made from fresh whole milk and selected seasonings.
- Salmon lasagna is made with Norwegian salmon cooked at our plant.
- Lasagna “VERDE” is made with fresh spinach.
- No food coloring, no preservatives, no GMOs, no pesticide residue and no heavy metal residue.
- Shelf life: 21 days for Bolognese lasagna.
- For optimal conservation, our lasagna is packaged in a protective atmosphere.
- Thermoformed packaging, customizable identification, full traceability (individual dishes of 400 g and 1 kg; trays: 3 kg, 3.6 kg, 4 kg, 5 kg for example).
- Ultra-modern food preparation plant.
ISO22000
Farniente s.a. has adopted and maintains a food safety management system in compliance with the ISO 22000:2005 standard for production, packaging and distribution of its fresh lasagna.
